Our factory have been representing the production at the taking place specialized exhibitions of all Far East region and Eastern Siberia since 1997, where have steadily been taking prizes (take a look at our section where certificates are submitted).

The factory has a very wide range of lounge furniture, and also cloths, of which it can be made and ordered.
All sofa-beds can be arranged. So we use 9 types of transformation mechanisms.
1. «PULL-OUT»
This mechanism is safe in service, simple in use, and also intended for daily use.
Transformation from the sofa-position into the bed-position is going by extension forwards of a seat with a container for bedding. As a result, the back leaves a head restraint, and cushions of a seat place into the niche for a bedding.
It is forbidden to sit down or get to a head-rest when using the sofa-bed in the bed-position.
It is necessary to pay attention that arranged sofa-bed will occupy distance about 2,3 meters from a wall forward.
2. «DOLPHIN»
Owing to the design features (in the presence of a metal framework of a sliding element) this mechanism is highly durable. It is intended for daily use, and occupies the limited space before the sofa when arranged.
Transformation from the sofa-position into the bed-position is going by extension of a sliding element and rise of the sleeping one with help of a hinge, so that seat height is set.
3. «PULL-OUT FUTON»
This one is simple and safe. It occupies just a little place before the sofa when arranged, which is important for small flats. The mechanism is intended for daily use.
Transformation from the sofa-position into the bed-position is going by extension of the seat forwards up to the stop and then by turning of a back on 90o towards a seat.
4. «FUTON»
It is easy to arrange instantly, but the main advantage is that a sofa-bed equipped with such mechanism can be used in cases, when the space in front of a sofa is limited. It is also intended for daily use.
Transformation from sofa-position into the bed-position is going by capsizing of the back on the foundation and pressing the seat towards the back before the transformation mechanism clicks.
5. «2-FOLD SOFA-BED»
Sofas with such mechanism though are easy to arrange, their target mission is rather esthetic. Such sofas are usually for living-rooms in those houses where family members didn't get used to sleep on sofas, giving preference to bedrooms. But if necessary the sleeping place will be guaranteed. Transformation from the sofa-position into the bed-position is going by raising the mechanism with the extension forwards, and then by unwrapping.
It is necessary to take down pillows before the manipulation.
6. «KANGAROO»
This one is simple and safe; it is intended for daily use.Transformation from the sofa-position into the bed-position is going by extension of the sliding element with a seat. As a result, a back leaves a head restraint. Then a sliding element should be raised to the seat height. It is forbidden to sit down or get to the head-rest when using the sofa-bed in the bed-position.
7. «PUMA»
Puma – it is a casual, comfortable mechanism, which is easy to use. When arranged it is only necessary to extend the seat to get the second part of the berth. A seat rises and moves forward at the same time, while the underneath part of the berth rises, taking a seat place. A moved seat "steps" over the demanded floor distance for unfolding, without touching a floor covering.
8. «ACCORDION»
This transformation mechanism has many extra advantages.
Sofas of «accordion»-system are distinguished from the great variety by their rationality; sofas in folded form take the minimum place. "Accordion" is incredibly easy to arrange. In the spread-out look sofas with this mechanism turn into a spacious bed which headboard is equipped with a back. In extended form sofas with this mechanism turn into a spacious bed which headboard is equipped with a back. The foundation of the mechanism consists of a metal framework, steel frames, and orthopedic armor of a ply-curve birch. It is not just convenient, bun also useful, because birch has an extra property to control moisture in rooms of any type.
9. «TIC-TAC»
For the transformation of the sofa-bed (from the sofa-position into the bed-position) it is necessary to take down cushions of the back. Take the lower part of a seat, raise it with help of the hinge, and move it forwards till it contacts floor. Then turn it over on 90o towards the seat.
10. «AMERICAN COT»
In contrast to the FRENCH COT sofas equipped with this mechanism are not only easy to arrange, but are also able to take daily loads. It is possible owing to the strengthened frame and the spring-box-mattress, and not the foam-rubber. The standard spring box can be substituted for the pocket spring at will. Transformation from sofa-position into the bed-position is going by raising the mechanism with the extension forwards, and then by unwraping. It is necessary to take down pillows before the manipulation.
In production of frameworks the seasoned wood and plywood are applied.
In forming of the soft elements of a seat the polyurethane foam (PPU) ST-30-40 (production of the SIBPLAST company equipped with the latest equipment) is used.
Our furniture is favourably distinguished from production of other factories owing to the application of this kind of polyurethane foam (PPU), because many of them use ST-25-32 brand foam rubber for soft elements of seats.
Polyurethane foam (PPU) ST-30-40 with a density of 30 kg/m3 is the most widespread material for production of soft elements by European producers of furniture. This brand of foam rubber is characterized by high restorability and durability. Polyurethane foam (PPU) ST-30-40 with a high density is more expensive than Polyurethane foam (PPU) SТ-25-32, which is used for seats by other factories. But we aim to increase the prime cost of furniture, without raising thus the prices.
In forming soft elements of backs and sidewalls we use PPU ST-25-15 and PPU ST-25-32. PPU ST-25-32 is characterized by the low value of residual deformation and satisfactory elasticity. This brand is used in combination with PPU ST-25-15 which is more elastic and stay in use for long time, but owing to the increased softness holds a form and contours of a product not so good.
In cushions and backs of some products synthetic fluff is used, which much multiplies its comfort. Unlike padding polyester, it doesn't become caked and restores a former form instantly.
In forming of soft elements furniture glue of the Polish production "Tapicer Sprau" 47-52 is used. It is nontoxical, elastic, and has the high durability of pasting.
In the seats base of chairs and a large number of sofa beds spiral type extension spring is used, which makes furniture much more comfortable. Almost all products have pocket springs, which also increase their durability.
All products under facing cloth have an additional flooring layer in the form of a volume cloth (padding polyester), and a spunbond for increase of comfort, improvement of hygienic properties and increase of durability of covers.
Facing nonwoven synthetic cloth (spunbond) is used For the upholstery of back walls of the sofa beds. At the request of the customer replacement with the main cloth is possible.
Clothes we use are of import production. They are devoted into three groups, and each product has three alternative prices, either of which corresponds to the option of the chosen cloth. You can find the description of the cloth care in the instructions fixed on products.
